  Called today at 3:40 to check on a doctor change. A rep by the name of Alexis answered. She immediately sounded dis interested in assisting me. When I told her my reason for Calling, she said "they will call you". I explained the situation and advised her they wanted me to follow up, as we were waiting on a second signature. She told me she would get me in touch with the office manager. I was immediately cold transferred to a voice mail. I called back several times and was hung up on every time. I could hear the line be answered and disconnected. I know it was not a phone issue because sometimes the phone rang twice and it was disconnected at different seconds. Keep in mind, they close at 4 today... The last time I called, I was placed on hold. I stayed on hold for 6 minutes. At 4, the line was answered and disconnected... Called back, and got the out of office hours message... Thanks a lot for the help Alexis. You aren't a call center. I can't call back and get someone else. Stop disconnecting on pregnant women who need help.
