  Heather the lady that works at this location is the best. She always is happy to see me and my 8yr old son. She always tells me what is going on with my car, and I trust her and her knowledge. Heather makes this Firestone the only one I use for my cars in the DFW Metropolitan area.

  *****Tried to Steal $1,250*******I know my review is long so I will copy and paste just the incident and you can choose to read the whole thing if you like - I asked them to inspect the breaks while it was on the lift. The manager Heather comforts me and says she will take a look and make sure we get my 2014 explorer back on the road safely. This lady proceeds to call me 30 min after I leave saying that my fairly new vehicle will require all new brakes and rotors with a brake flush to the total of $1,250! Now if she would have said 400-600 I wouldn't have hesitated and bought the brakes, but for that kind of money I took it to a friend how has a shop in Irving. After I drive 30 minutes out of my way to my buddies shop, he tells me that that brakes and rotors have over %50 life and that Heather probably told me other wise to boost her commission and because she knew I was overly concerned because of the tire blowout. *******
  
  Don't usually write reviews but I will be writing 2 today! One 5 star and the other a 1 star. I have been a customer of this particular Firestone for about 15 years, we own 6 cars that we USED TO get service there frequently. They are about 5 min from my home and always seemed professional and friendly, until you realize the lies and deception that takes place here. Since they are so close and I have been using them for so long, I never thought to read the horrible reviews about this place until I was nearly cheated out of $1,250. Let me explain, I was exiting William D Tate in Grapevine and had a nasty tire blow out. I instructed the tow company to take my car to Firestone, because it was close and they were my "trusted" shop. After up-selling me on a more expensive tire (which I don't particularly mind, only a 100 difference) I asked them to inspect the breaks while it was on the lift. The manager Heather comforts me and says she will take a look and make sure we get my 2014 explorer back on the road safely. Being a business owner myself and before that a sales executive, I understand the pressure of bringing in new revenue, but to intentionally defraud customers who trust you... I can't even begin to formulate the words that describe the hurt and sense of betrayal I feel from this Firestone, and Heather in particular. Like I mentioned earlier, we have 6 vehicles, 3 needed new inspection stickers today and I went to Midas right next door instead of deal with these lying bums. I am a real customer and I have spoke to the corporate office, my issue number is 2239555, and I am awaiting a call from Tim the area manager to find out if he is complicit in this theft.
