  I have never been to a MedSpa and was amazed by Shanna's knowledge of not only the procedures but her medical background as well. She brings expertise, intellect and a caring, thoughtful personality as well. She explains things carefully and listens to the client's needs without simply trying to sell a product. Regardless of the procedure, you can feel confident you are in great hands with her and the staff. She will make you feel comfortable and at ease before, during and after any procedure. She has a gift that is rare in her industry and much appreciated by her clients. I have been so happy with the results I am seeing with my skin. I had huge pores and sun damage that has greatly improved after my procedure. I never thought my skin would look this good. I took a selfie and thought--wow my makeup looks great. But then I remembered...I wasn't wearing makeup that day! Thing is, I really don't need to now.
