    Very Poor customer service. Phone agent tries not to help. When I called in for a claim, I was denied on the spot. I only got claim contact info after I specifically requested it. They will try every excuse to not honor a warranty claim. There is a only a very narrow circumstance for which they would even consider paying for a repair - "The repair facility must submit the claim paperwork."
